I believe that therapy should create a safe, accepting, and growth-fostering space for individuals and families. I trust people are experts in their own lives and my goal is to support and guide them as they work toward achieving their goals. I use attachment and relational-cultural theory as a lens in my practice, which means I strive to understand people within their broader social context. In session, I utilize play therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), EMDR and enjoy incorporating sand tray and expressive arts techniques.
