I work to build a strong and meaningful therapeutic relationship and encourage my clients to be whomever they need to be in the moment. Combining humor and connection while using a trauma lens and evidence based models, such as EMDR, play therapy and Internal Family Systems, we will build the skills to confidently find peace in your life again.

I like to spend time with my pets, play board games and video games, and cooking.

I wanted to be a vet or work at an animal shelter
