I provide a warm, supportive, and client-centered environment where individuals of all ages can feel safe to explore their experiences. For children, I primarily use play therapy, as play is their natural language and a powerful tool for expression and growth. Through games, creative activities, and structured interventions, children build skills in emotional regulation, patience, problem-solving, and coping.
With pre-teens and adults, I incorporate talk therapy, somatic techniques, and attachment-informed perspectives to help clients reconnect with their bodies, better understand their emotions, and manage stress or anxiety. I also draw on trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral strategies and relational work to support boundary-setting, healthier coping, and self-awareness.
Across all ages, my approach is flexible, collaborative, and grounded in the mind-body connection—meeting each client where they are while encouraging growth, resilience, and self-understanding. -
I love crafting, reading, and writing, hanging out with family and friends, spoiling my pets, and traveling whenever I can. Life’s about joy, connection, and a little adventure!

If I weren’t in the therapy field, I imagine I’d be doing something in animal care. I’ve always had a strong connection with animals, and I value the patience, consistency, and compassion that goes into caring for them. In a lot of ways, that overlaps with what I do in therapy—providing safety, trust, and support

I crochet stuffed animals.
